ProfilePhotoMaker.in provides a free, browser-based tool for editing photos into profile pictures, including background removal, cropping, filters, effects, and manual touch-up tools. All processing runs locally in your browser; we do not host, store, or view the images you edit.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Site to:

• Process images you do not have the right to use or edit;
• Create or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on another person's rights or privacy;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying code;
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site in a way that sends excessive requests to our servers.

3. Ownership of your content

You retain full ownership of any photo you edit using the Site. Since your photo is never uploaded to us, we never hold, claim, or have any license over your images — the entire editing session and the resulting file stay on your device.

4. "As is" service, no warranty

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Background removal and other effects rely on automated models and may not be perfectly accurate in every case — that's part of why we include manual touch-up tools. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or browser.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProfilePhotoMaker.in and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

6. Third-party resources

The Site loads certain third-party resources (such as fonts, styling libraries, and the on-device background-removal model) from external content delivery networks in order to function. Availability of the Site's features may depend on the availability of those third-party resources.

7. Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Site, and may revise these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable local law in the jurisdiction where the Site operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
